One of my user received an email that give this message :
Due to the size of the message, email addresses, URLs and other action text have not been changed into hyperlinks. Highlight objects.
Although the message have a lot of html in it, it's only 250kb, and my server limit is 15mb.
the message isn't blocked, that limit is designed for prevent an high cpu usage on client side caused by all text parsing... what's the problem?
Sorry for not mentioning it, yes we can read the email and the URLs become clickable when we click : "Highlight objects"
I was only wondering what was causing this message to appear and if I could do something about it.
Take a look at this old thread: Mail Size for Highlight objects.

For now i don't think I need to tweak the max size as the email in question really have a lot of html code in it.
For other people who might need to change that setting in zimbra 8.
ZmMailMsgView.OBJ_SIZE_TEXT is no longer hard coded in ZmMailMsgView.js, in fact the OBJ_SIZE_TEXT parameter is nowhere to be found in jetty's files
After a few grep I was able to find that it's now in the COS settings :
