    Default Cannot get external account IMAP - Zimbra 6.0.12

    HI,

    I have this problem when i try connect external account imap from ZIMBRA SERVER 6.0.12

    Caused by: javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: Re-Authentication Failure
    com.zimbra.common.service.ServiceException: system failure: Unable to connect to IMAP server: DataSource: { id=TestId, type=imap, isEnabled=false, name=Test, host=mx.server.com, port=143, connectionType=cleartext, username=account@domain.net, folderId=-1 }

    I have Zimbra Server 6.0.7.1 but problem there isn't.

    I have problem with Zimbra Server 6.0.12

    Is follow this solution for my problem ???

    zmlocalconfig | grep javamail_pop3_enable_starttls

    If we obtain the following value:

    javamail_imap_enable_starttls = true

    Move it to false

    zmlocalconfig -e javamail_imap_enable_starttls = false

    Then restart the mailbox

    zmmailboxdctl restart

    Did you try to configure this account as an IMAP account from Outlook/Thunderbird? If you are able then use same credentials to configure in Zimbra.
