    Default Cannot receive mail from specific domain

    Hey Folks,

    I work for a school district, and everything with Zimbra seems to be working fine, with the exception that we cannot receive mail from one particular district. I have whitelisted them using this:

    Improving Anti-spam system - Zimbra :: Wiki

    And tried to follow this as well:

    IP Address whitelisting - Zimbra :: Wiki

    But on the second one, I don't have this file: /opt/zimbra/conf/postfix_recipient_restrictions.cf

    Here is what the logs are showing:

    Code:

    I have masked the actual server names and IPs...

    Any help, or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Weston

    Update: I turned the spam filter off, and messages are still being blocked from that one domain. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Sorry to dig up an old thread, but this is still an issue... just from the one domain. Any suggestions?
