1 GAL for 2 domains
I have read the various posts on how to allow a single GAL for 2 or more servers. But so far nothing has happened.
Maybe somebody has got to combine GAL for 2 physical servers with 2 different domains? Without reference to the AD and any other settings.
Version of Zimbra - 8.0.5.
try the following:
Server type: LDAP
LDAP url: ldap :/ / 10. *. *. *: 389
LDAP filter: (& (| (cn = *% s *) (sn = *% s *) (gn = *% s *) (mail = *% s *) (zimbraMailDeliveryAddress = *% s *) (zimbraMailAlias = *% s *) (zimbraMailAddress = *% s *)) (| (objectclass = zimbraAccount) (objectclass = zimbraDistributionList)))
Autocomplete filter: (| (cn = *) (sn = *) (gn = *) (mail = *))
LDAP search base: dc = mx, dc = domain, dc = com
use the DN / password binding: yes
DN binding: uid = galsync.miz, ou = people, dc = mx, dc = domain, dc = сom
password: learned through "zmlocalconfig-s zimbra_ldap_password"
Configure other options - by analogy.
