    Default LDAP issues

    Hey all,

First of all, I really love Zimbra as a Mail server. It almost works like a charm

I've got some few errors in my setup tho, and my guess is that it is the LDAP who's messing it up.

I'm running Zimbra 8.0.5 GA release on Ubuntu 12.04

When the automated backup runs at 1:00 in the morning, the server does backup all the mail accounts, but it gives me the following error:
    Knipsel2.JPG

And when i click on Configuration > server > my server , i get the following error :
    zimbra foutmelding 1.JPG

I've done the following steps to solve this:
    - Update the key's (zmsshkeygen zmupdateauthkeys)
    - Changed the port from 22 > 2222
    - Reinstalled the Zimbra server(clean VM, not an uninstall)
    - followed all of these steps: Mail Queue Monitoring - Zimbra :: Wiki

I really want to get rid of this error soon, so I was hoping the community could help me out!

    Kind regards,

    Rik de Jong

This wouldn't be a LDAP issue... Looks like an ssh issue?

I'd also suggest you put that back to it's default port, there's no need to change it.

Ok, the port is back to 22 now.

Any other solutions for the SSH/LDAP problem?

    This topic can be locked,

Fixed my issue by performing the following command:

    ''sudo apt-get install openssh-server''

I feel stupid that i haven't thought of this before
