As a continuous process of dealing with SPAM, we've decided to set Time Out Policy for inactive session.

Now, what we are facing is that, users who are active on zimbra webmail are logged out after some time.

What went wrong? Any idea to allow these active session not to be timed out?

We are using Zimbra NE Version 8.

Currently on COS settings are as follows.

Admin console auth token lifetime: 6 Hours
Auth token lifetime: 1 Day
Session idle timeout: 7 Minutes

Any Idea?
