I'm using Outlook with Zimbra, and several users have complained that they are unable to use the mail functions built into other programs such as Office or Adobe Reader.
Obviously the users can still go into Outlook and manually attach files fine, but it's just a preference some users have to use this feature.
Is this a known issue with Zimbra or is there a fix that I'm not thinking of?
When this happens Outlook is not open, nor the web-client window and Outlook works fine before and after this is tried.
