Seeking 2nd level support for an Open Source production installation
I'm an IT consultant for a business client using Zimbra Open Source (Fedora Core) in full production. The client's current cash flow prohibits them from subscribing to N.E., though they expect to do so in about 9-12 months. Meanwhile I provide all Zimbra support, which has included installation and administration. My expertise level so far is moderate, but occasionally problems are encountered that risk jeopardizing their business email lifeline. Since I cannot receive fast, direct support from Zimbra staff without being a paid customer, it would be nice to have another admin in the field I could turn to in a pinch, either via email, phone, or IM. If any of you Zimbra pros would be interested in such a contingency relationship as the need arises, please respond. Thanks.
