Default Upgrade 804 to 805 - ldap rpm conflicts with core rpm?

last 3 lines of /tmp/install.log are:

    Preparing packages...
file /opt/zimbra/lib from install of zimbra-ldap-8.0.5_GA_5839.RHEL6_64-20130910124005.x86_64 conflicts with file from package zimbra-core-8.0.5_GA_5839.RHEL6_64-20130910124005.x86_64

This is on Amazon Linux (CENTOS 6.3). Zimbra 8.0.4 has been running well for 4 months.

Looking through the forums, my best guess is that ldap did not shut down or there is memory problem. If it is memory, its probably due to tmpfs:

    [ec2-user@mail ~]$ df -k
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
    /dev/xvda1 103212320 3779592 99348872 4% /
    tmpfs 3816804 0 3816804 0% /dev/shm
    /dev/xvdf 51606140 1942448 47042252 4% /var

    Looking for some guidance: ldap/tempfs/other?

    Thanks in advance.

PS I realize now that I should've used 'size=512m' in /etc/fstab to limit the size of tmpfs

    Default

I changed /dev/shm to 512m is /etc/fstab and remounted /dev/shm so the change takes effect immediately and without reboot.

Then I tried the upgrade again. I get the same error. Here's the full install log:

    sh-4.1# cat /tmp/install.log.22278
    COMMAND: zmlocalconfig -s | sed -e "s/ = \(.*\)/=\'\1\'/" > /opt/zimbra/.saveconfig/config.save
    COMMAND: zmschedulebackup -s > /opt/zimbra/.saveconfig/backup.save
Neither a store or LDAP server, no backups required.
    COMMAND: zmcontrol shutdown
    Host localhost

QUESTION: Would a problem with a time server cause this?
(the time stamp on the install logs is different than my local time)

    Thanks in advance.
