Forward and Reply buttons not working.
The guys on Zimbra have called me and they are on top of it.
Workaround, use the basic web client when you logon.
1. Log off
2. Click on the Use Basic Client directly under the password box
Note: You will not have access to your calendars in the Basic version.
Tip: If you want to have the basic and advanced versions open, just open two versions of Internet Explorer or Firefox. Log into one with basic client, the other as advanced client.
Do you have the open message in new window option selected in your personal options?
Is this problem fixed in 4.5.3? I'm currently on 4.5.1 and have held off on upgrading since we've been in the middle of deployment. Now that I've rolled out the system to the masses lots of people are complaining they can't use pop-up (new/detach) windows under IE. Just want to confirm before I tackle doing an upgrade that it will in fact fix the issue.
The bug report comment chain is pretty confusing Someone PM'd me and let me know it was fixed, at least as far as it was reproduceable.
I upgraded from 4.5.1 to 4.5.3 this evening. Took about 40 minutes. Kudo's on an easy and smooth upgrade process. My preliminary tests suggest the problem is fixed. The real test will come tomorrow when 40 other users pound on it.

Make sure that if you have the problem again, that the user's cache is cleared first.
