first of all this is a internal test so no firewalls are invovled.. I have split dns up and running resolving mail.dingit.dk to the local ip of the zimbra server..
the incoming settings works fine...
the outgoing settings I have tried
tls with port 587 says server did not respond 522.214.171.124 <unknowen[172.16.9
ssl with port 465 says server did not respond 5126.96.36.199 <email@example.com
it works fine using smtp port 25
my network is 172.16.99.0/24 so i suoppose the tls error is either the server that is unknowen or my client..

I think it may be some MTA thing but im still to new to zimbra to know what to do now?
