ZCS upgrade from 7.1.3 to 7.2.6 problem Argument too long
I am going to upgrade my ZCS server from 7.1.3 to 7.2.6.
Zimbra server :
OS : CentOS release 5.8 (Final)
Release 7.1.3_GA_3346.RHEL5_20110928134520 RHEL5 FOSS edition.
I downloaded the package "zcs-7.2.6_GA_2926.RHEL5.20131203115905.tgz" and execute as root the command ./install –platform-override
Everything is working as expected, but after the action "Restoring existing configuration file from /opt/zimbra/.saveconfig/localconfig.xml...done" the upgrade failed :
Restoring existing configuration file from /opt/zimbra/.saveconfig/localconfig.xml...done
/etc/profile.d/qt.sh: line 3: /usr/bin/pkg-config: Argument list too long
/etc/profile.d/qt.sh: line 5: /bin/grep: Argument list too long
/etc/profile.d/vim.sh: line 3: /usr/bin/id: Argument list too long
/opt/zimbra/.bashrc : line 20: /opt/zimbra/libexec/get_plat_tag.sh: Argument list too long
In attachment, you will find all the details about the upgrade process.
I wait 15 minutes and I observed a lot of process "/opt/zimbra/libexec/get_plat_tag.sh" (around 3000) when I launched "ps -edf" from an other console.
So, I killed the upgrade process and rollback to my snapshot to recover the service.
But I still need to upgrade to 7.2.6.
Any idea to help me ?
Thanks in advance and sorry for my french English :)
