    Zimbra still running, but how do i fix this?

    That error inidicates the RPM database is 'missing' and I assume from the output you've posted that you were trying to upgrade Zimbra? I believe your system is totally broken and you need to reinstall the operating system.

    Make sure you know which exact version of ZCS you're running and read and understand the backup procedures and disaster recovery procedures before you shutdown ZCS as it won't start again. I think the best you can achieve in these circumstances is to shutdown Zimbra and then take a backup of the /opt/zimbra directory structure (see the wiki articles and forum threads on backup procedures). When you've done the backup install a clean o/s (the same version and release as before) then install the same version & release of Zimbra that was previously installed next perform a disaster recovery - you'll find details of disaster recovery procedures in the wiki. With a lot of time and effort plus a bit of luck you should be able to recover a working system from your current one, good luck.

    after reinstall mysql.server not running, i've tried innodb_force_recovery = 1-6 but still won't start.

    mysql.server is not running.
