Were running Zimbra 8.0.6 NE and were constantly (a couple times a month) adding new email accounts/deleting accounts (temp employee turnover). With each of those accounts, the users calendar gets shared with half a dozen staff members. Unfortunately when a users account gets deleted, the shared calendar is not being removed from the staff member that it was shared with. Thus they just have ghost calendar shares in their outlok clients or caldav clients. Why does this happen and how can we automate the removal for share mounts to accounts that no longer exist? Its a pain to manage and I think its pretty poor design that these shares are deleted automatically for accounts that no longer exist.
