    Firewall (iptables) on/off?
    SELinux on/off (warm doesn't work)
Is your hosts file configured correctly?

    What makes you think that?
Is that recover error still in the logs?
Do you get an error on startup?

I assumed you didn't get the error anymore. Sorry

    Here's the recovery file.
Try running the fix that you found (I'm pretty sure I know which one you're talking about)
    /opt/zimbra/sleepycat/bin/db_recover
