Default Shared email account CSFE_SVC_ERROR 503

    Hi All,

I have just upgraded the Zimbra to Release 8.0.6.GA.5922.UBUNTU12.64 UBUNTU12_64 FOSS edition. I have a few email accounts shared and mounted to my main email account. When browsing thru my other mounted account, sometime I get the GetMsgRequest error message pop-up in my webmail. Clicking on the "View Details" and I get the information is CSFE_SVC_ERROR, HTTP response status 503.

Checking in the mail server in the zmmailboxd.out, I get the following error:
    Code:
    2014-03-07 08:22:41.503:WARN:oejs.DoSFilter:DOS ALERT: ip=10.25.100.12,session=t6nniu24i88ejerxpkdrxx81,user=null
    2014-03-07 08:22:41.503:WARN:oejs.DoSFilter:DOS ALERT: ip=10.25.100.12,session=t6nniu24i88ejerxpkdrxx81,user=null
    2014-03-07 08:22:41.503:WARN:oejs.DoSFilter:DOS ALERT: ip=10.25.100.11,session=t6nniu24i88ejerxpkdrxx81,user=null
    2014-03-07 08:22:41.977:WARN:oejs.DoSFilter:DOS ALERT: ip=10.25.100.11,session=t6nniu24i88ejerxpkdrxx81,user=null
The 2 IP highlighted is the Zimbra MTA.

This forum post mentioned that there is a workaround for 8.0.1 and 8.0.2 but my Zimbra is 8.0.6. Is the workaround still valid for 8.0.6 version?

    Regards.

    Hi,

This message is described in this wiki post. Did you check it already?

    https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/DoSFilter

If so, did you take any action to adjust the DoSFilter?

    Regards,
    Sebas
