Default How do you create an alias that forwards to a different domain?

    Hello,

I have a need to create an alias that simply forwards to a different email address with a different domain. The alias has no Zimbra account and doesn't need it since it just forwards the email to another address. For example, I need to do this:

    myemail@mydomain.com forwarding to hisemail@hisdomain.com

I tried editing /etc/aliases and then running newaliases and it still didn't work. Is there some other way of doing it with Zimbra without creating the account?

    Thanks!
