Dear all,

I recently received a report from a user that describes an issue with replying to email through the web interface:
"I get so many emails that to keep on top of the priority ones, I open them when I receive them. But I usually don't have time to answer straightaway. When I go back to them, they are blank when I reply. The problem with blank emails is the same in both Firefox and Chrome. This morning, I opened an email at the same time in FF and Chrome and 45 minutes later I replied and both are blank."

In the attached screenshot you can see there is no original email content below the horizontal ruler, just the FROM/TO etc. fields.

Any idea what causes this? I cannot seem to find a bug report about this either...

The zimbra version is 8.0.3
