Question Mail deferred writing DATA for no obvious reason

    Hi everybody,

I build a prototype of Zimbra 8.0.6, and i configured a network scanner to use my zimbra server to send scans. It works well, but, sometimes, I see some mails in a queue. Some of them go through, some others don't, and I don't understand why. When I flush the queue, all waiting mails are sent...

This is an exemple of logs that I can find :

    Code:
    postfix/smtp[17182]: 7AF6A643FA: to=<test@bisou.com>, relay=smtp.bisou.com[XX.XX.XX.XX]:25, delay=500, delays=0.25/0.01/5.7/494, dsn=4.0.0, status=deferred (host smtp.bisou.com[XX.XX.XX.XX] said: 421 smtp.bisou.com SMTP incoming data timeout - closing connection. (in reply to end of DATA command))
Do you have an idea about why and how to solve this issue ? My server is in China, and most of the recipients in France, maybe it could be a bandwidth issue ?

    Thanks for any helps

Definitely looks like a bandwidth issue. Not really a Zimbra issue.
