Cool Urgent help needed - can't send and receive mail from gmail - external domains

Hi, am a newbie to Zimbra, I have setup Zimbra 8.0.7 on CentOS 6.5. I can send and receive mail internally through the domain (domain.com) but can't send or receive mail from external domains (gmail.com and yahoo.com). I am using this site (https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Split_D...ing_is_working) to verify everything is working fine but am having a hard time interpreting the output i get.

These are my output, any assistance would be much appreciated

According to the information you've posted you are not actually using a Split DNS, all the output you've provided shows results from an external DNS server not a local one - you need to fix your resolv.conf.

It tells you in the Split DNS article exactly what settings you need.

That output is not correct and you have not followed the instructions in the Split DNS article, you don't need external DNS servers in that file.
