The usual reason for the error you've shown is a DNS problem and a search of the forums provides these results, take a look at some of those threads and see if they apply.

I`ve checked and DNS is OK. I didn`t change DNS settings during update process. Zimbra stopped working after I configured LDAP password during upgrade process.

Really? Why does the output you've posted show no MX record for your mail server (and I guess no A record?

Why did you think it necessary to do that?

That would have been the password for the Admin account, a standalone ZCS install only asks for the Admin password to be set and never the LDAP password.

What about my comment on your DNS configuration?

I`ve just fixed it. Should I define new password or I have to provide the old one ?
Is there any way to reset this password ?

I've tried the following link before Resetting LDAP and MySQL Passwords - Zimbra :: Wiki and got the following error message

    zimbra@mail:/home/casufi$ zmldappasswd m**7**
    Updating local config and LDAP
    Died at /opt/zimbra/bin/zmldappasswd line 97, <DATA> line 635.
I reset root LDAP passwordl without any problems

Also should I use the same ldap_master_url as ldap_url ?
