    Hi jrp7591,

    In your OP mentioned that you have aliases for accounts and yours is systemmanager.

    By any chance are: marketing, sales, etc.

    If so, seems that you are having an very common account names or aliases and cause of this you are receiving so many messages.

    Did you check headers for SPAM score?

    I see what you're saying about common aliases. We do have an hrmanager, director, etc. fairly common. How do I check SPAM scores? I also read something about forwarding the messages as attachments to the spam account and see no option to forward as attachment anywhere. Could you advise on how I would do that as well?
