    Default Help with external mail

We have a domain hosted on the internet and users can read and send mail via the web mail client provided by our host. In the past couple of weeks we decided to have an internal mail server and I have been able to install zimbra and got it working for internal mails.

But now users want to be able to also send and recieve their external mail. Can some one guide me pls ?

Thanks and sorry if this has been answered elsewhere.

Yes, it's been answered before and a search would have found the answer. Turn on the option to use DNS in the Admin UI.

How about some details from the logs showing what happens when you try to send?
