    Question zmtrainsa - permission denied

    Hi,
    I have just reinstalled again the lattest zimbra.

    I have spam and notspam as training accounts.

    When running zmtrainsa manually I get this error:

    [zimbra@myserver sturgis]$ zmtrainsa

    anybody?
    I have the feeling that zimbra does not learn what it is spam. Spam folders are allways full.

    Nobody has problems with spam learning accounts?????
    From a brand new install??????

    zmtrainsa is run via cron job "45 23 * * * /opt/zimbra/bin/zmtrainsa --cleanup >> /opt/zimbra/log/spamtrain.log 2>&1".

    To run it manually, use this syntax "/opt/zimbra/bin/zmtrainsa <server> <user> <pass> <spam|ham> [folder]"

    Thanks for your answer jholder.

    Are the junk folders supposed to be emptied automatically once in a while?
    Even reporting junk mail, looks like the system does not learn... and I keep receiving the same sort of junk every day...

    You're not running 4.5.4 are you.
    Upgrade. That was a bug.
