    Default AS/AV disabled - Mail still going to junk

    Hi,
    I have an ironport doing filtering etc prior to zimbra so I've disabled anti-spam and anti-virus on zimbra however some mail is ending up in the junk folders. Our users use POP to check mail so mail in junk just never appears to them. Is there something else I have to do to have all mail delivered to inboxes?

    Can you do a show original, and copy and paste it into a txt file, and sent it to me as an attachment?

    Also, a zmlocalconfig would be helpful. It hides passwords by default, so no worries
