We have been trialling Zimbra for a few weeks and have been very impressed. However one of our users has just tried to edit one of her Address Book contacts and it silently fails.
I can edit my contacts on my machine, but if I connect as the user on the same machine, I can't edit hers.
This is using the Web front end; it appears to affect both Windows and MacOS using Firefox 220.127.116.11. There is no failure message in the front end.
Any ideas how I can resolve this?
