We'd like to enhance the hardware monitoring of our HP Zimbra server (4.5.5 NE on SuSE ES9) by installing the HP Proliant Support Pack ("PSP").
By replacing some of the SuSE-supplied drivers and kernel modules with HP versions, enhanced monitoring of hardware devices like hard disks, array controllers, NICs, etc. is made possible.
Much of the monitoring however utilizes SNMP, and we don't want this to conflict with Zimbra's SNMP.
Anyone have any experience with PSPs and Zimbra? Or with utilizing other SNMP-based packages on a Zimbra server?
