    Default Checking Logs -Sudo Status

Hi, I am new to Linux and Zimbra and have a question about the LogWatch report I get as Admin. I get a long list that looks like this:

    LogWatch5.2.2

    Under the Sudo :

    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmtomcatmgr status
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmtomcatmgr status
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmtomcatmgr status
    .
    .
    .
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmtomcatmgr status
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmtomcatmgr status

This goes for most of the report. All the rest of the entries look fine. Is this a time checked item or is it as asking status and not getting it from Tomcat?

    Default

Around 3.1 we implemented the tomcat manager to restart tomcat if it fails.
All that is, is Zimbra is calling the tomcat status to see if it's running. If it's not, it attempts to restart it.

In 5.0, we ditched tomcat in favor of Jetty. More robust.
