Default Connecting to Zimbra from another web client

I am attemtping to connect to Zimbra from a different client, Webmail from eThuongmai. Shouldn't I just be able to set the server address, port number login and password. It should be able to download message at that point, or am I missing something?

Only via pop3/IMAP. I don't know if they support SOAP (probably not).

If you can't login, then you probably should check to see if you have ssl/tls (clear text) turned on or off, and ensure your client is in line with those settings.

If you believe there is an issue with the Zimbra server, check /opt/zimbra/log/audit.log for auth failures.

    I get

    The following errors occurred:

    * Zimbra: The server has responded with negative reply. The server responded: -ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server: Cannot connect to the mail server!.

I am attempting to connect on port 110, which is open.
