    Default Corporate Signature

    Hello all, I need some help with this; I need to make a corporate signature or disclaimer, that needs to be appended to every message that is sent by every user. I know that I can specify this when I create a new inbox and I can go back and edit an existing one, but unfortunately the Disclaimer only appends when the user is using the Web interface, not with outlook. I need something thatís across the board. Thanks in advance for your help.

    in a hosted environment is there a way to do this on only one domain? or set it up so that each domain has a different disclaimer?
