It has zero votes, so it's not high on the list. Feel free to CC yourself, and vote for it.
It seems until interese in making right the problem does not exist…
I just do not understand why you cannot vote for it.
We do not take requests for bug fixes/enhancements through the forums. They go through the bugzilla.
If no one votes, it may not get fixed.
Not trying to get ya down, but building on that-everyone else with a similar problem has their issue solved with simple edits.
It's not that open source users aren't valued-the forums are an attest to that! It's just for zimbra engineers to consider it a priority it needs to be affecting paying customers (obviously the more it affects the greater the priority).
If you would like a zimbra employee to remotely look at your system-consider purchasing a support case.

I had the very same problem. The workaround in this thread fixed my problem. Note that I had to edit both files and restart zimbra before it started working like it should.
