    Nope. The only thing I hacked was back in M2 and that was just zmiptables.

    Default debug option

    Any luck from the debug flag for slapd?

    Default Debug info

    Attached is the debug info from slapd. I used debug level 1, I think that's the most detailed.

    I'm really struggling to get this sorted

    Default missing crt

    It's says you're missing /opt/zimbra/conf/slapd.crt - if it's not there, search the forums for info on recreating the certs.

    Default Port 80

    Hi again,
    When I installed the new update, I can't seem to change from port 80 to 81. I changed the info in Web-INF and in CONF (web.xml, and server.xml)

    It appears to still be running on port 80

    I've run "tomcat stop" and "tomcat start" to no avail.

    We control the port via config now:

    This way going forward you won't have to change it again.

    Make sure your changes are "sticking"...I discovered server.xml was being replaced by the contents of server.xml.in on each tomcat restart. I think there is a zmprov command that will take care of stuff though....something like:

    zmprov ms <servername> zimbraMailPort <new port>

    there's another setting for https too, I forget it offhand.

    Hope this helps.

    Default https port

    zimbraMailSSLPort is the https port attribute.

    Default Java errors appearing

    ok I did a zmcreatecert and zmcertinstall mailbox, and when I went to stop tomcat I got:
    Code:
    $ tomcat stop
    Error: tomcat not running (pid 7123), stale pid file?
    I've tried finding this pid with no joy, so I thought that it might just be a suggestion rather than an actual error. So I then went to start Tomcat and got this error:
    Code:
    $ tomcat start
    ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: getDirectContext) (cause: javax.naming.CommunicationException hawk.forcev.net:389)
    ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: getDirectContext) (cause: javax.naming.CommunicationException hawk.forcev.net:389)
    After the cert install /opt/zimbra/conf/slapd.crt is still an empty file

    Anyone got an idea?

    Default

    I've tried to get my upgraded M4 box to talk to another server on ldap with no success

    I set up another server just with Zimbra LDAP (Zimbra Core installed by default), everything configured nicely, changed the config to get it to point to the correct host, but I still cant get passed the setup menu
