Zimbra has released an update to the popular Salesforce.com (SFDC) Zimlet. The refreshed SFDC Zimlet continues supporting, in ZC 8.x, the following key benefits:

Automatically checks if the current mail has any Salesforce information and displays them in a Bar.

The Salesforce Bar Provides:

  • Salesforce Context (Contact, Lead, Cases, Account & Opportunities) information.
  • Provides links to quickly edit/view/clone various Salesforce Objects
  • Provides toolbar buttons to perform various operations such as: Add Notes, Email2Case
  • Provides Salesforce Search capabilities.

Please Note: You may need to ask your Salesforce system admin to enable the API for your account.
