Default Caldev and iCal error "this is not a valid location"

I am using iCal on Leopard 10.5.2 and was using isync. I then switched my calendar over to Caldev.

In zimbra 5.0.2 native web interface I can create a calender item and it will sync over to iCal. When I create an item in iCal, I get the following error:

    Request Error

This is not a valid location for this request.

Hi - did you manage to sort this out?

I am desperatelty trying to publish my Home calendar from within ical to my zimbra account.

This would be a very important and useful achievement.

Let me know if you get it sorted and i will post a solution if i get there first.

yea, If I remember correctly I switched by to isync. Of course then it wiped out all my calendars and I had to restore from backup.... not so smooth a transition backwards.

At any rate, I have not entered into those again. I think I'll get upgraded to 5.0.5 and then try again.

    Default Try this

We deleted our calendars and re-added using one word only (i.e. Calendar, instead of Shared Calendar)

All calendars now sync properly with iCal/Zimbra web Cal

    (servers don't like spaces???)

    Default Bug 31220

After talking to a Zimbra tech on the phone and going back and forth for a bit it seems this is now a bug and I'm asking for help voting on it.

If you use iCal and Zimbra, this is a fairly major issue when talking about a "Collaboration" suite

Anyone have any luck on this issue since upgrading to 5.0.10? I've tried it on a test FOSS box and have yet to upgrade our GA server and still have issues.

Can you edit the shared calendars in iCal yet?
