Does Zimbra has services exposed as web services. I need to make call from my Identity Manager for provisining for a user. Any suggestion will help me alot.

    Yes.

You can either use the Zclientclass for Java, the .NET classes from the toaster, or the raw soap commands as documented in soap-*.txt in Zimbra.

In this case, the SoapProvisioning.java class may do what you want. Look at ProvUtil.java (also known as the zmprov command) for examples of how to use it.
