    Default dev env on win2003

The CDS Silver LDAP Service can not start:

Windows could not start the CDS Silver LDAP Service on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to the service-specific error code 19.

My installation is CDS Silver 3.7.1 for win32.

    Any help?

This is a forum for Zimbra installation on Linux, not for Windows software. Wouldn't you be better asking Symas about their product or on their forums?

Oh, I see. I don't know much about CDS on Windows but what error are you getting? Is there anything in the event logs or any logs in the CDS folders?
    Regards

I suppose the additional question would be, why are you install the CDS LDAP?
    Regards

"What you want to install is the CDS Silver build", said in zcs-5.0.2_GA_1975-src\ZimbraServer\doc\INSTALL-win.txt

    Hi basler,

I see that you are trying to build src code from zcs-5.0.2_GA_1975-src. Can you tell me where you got the code from and where did you find the instructions for build on windows machine?

    Thanks

You can get the source code from http://files.zimbra.com/downloads/5....A_1975-src.tgz and the instructions from Zimbra Development with Eclipse.
The article is for building zcs-4.5.x, and 5.0.2 works alike.
