Default [SOLVED] "Can't locate Zimbra/Util/Common.pm" when running zmldapinit

    Hello there,

I'm about to try some customizations on the zimbra source code.
Compiled ok all the src on a Debian 4.0 rc3:

    Code:
    uname -a
    Linux webmail 2.6.18-6-686 #1 SMP Sun Feb 10 22:11:31 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux
    ThirdParty compiled ok.
    ZimbraBuild compiled ok.

So, with the new generated packages (zcs-5.0.7_GA_2420.DEBIAN4.0.20080703082940) , I've installed zcs on a test server, but it breaks when it's configuring ldap:

    This is the zmsetup log:
    Code:
    Thu Jul 3 08:46:44 2008 *** Running as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmldapinit

Did you update your CPAN Mirror?
Franklin README - Zimbra :: Wiki

If it's not updated, the build will keep going, and the failure is easy to miss.

Yes, I did it using this mirror:
    CPAN

And just to be sure, I've runned a "make allclean" on ThirdParty and ZimbraBuild again but, when trying to install, on the initial ldap configuration, I get the same error.

I can't figure out what's going on 'couse the Zimbra::Util::Common is right there:
    /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/lib/Zimbra/Util/Common.pm

    Any Idea?

I dont know if my sources were buggy by an error I made when trying to build the aplication but now I found the fix.
The problem was related with directory and files permissions.
I'm posting the bug fix so someone with the same problem will be able to get throgh this.

    See the attached file.

Thanks jholder, mmorse and every one.
