Is there a way for Hosted Service Provider of Zimbra to do the following:
1. Check total accounts used per month easily so that we know how much to pay for.
btw, if a domain want 10 accounts and decided not to have it few days later. Does Zimbra charge for these 10 accounts too?
2. Check total accounts used by each customer (one or more domains) easily so that we know how much to charge for?
3. Allow domain administrator to change COS so that we don't have to incur manhour cost to do these administrative task for them?
Note: Allowing domain adminstrator to change account quota doesn't make any sense at all since they will simply give themselves maximum quota, isn't it? And is there any protective or monitoring feature to check if domain administrator abuse this to begin with (said we charge them by quota used etc)?
