After I copied the amavisd.conf from binary version, then antispam and antivirus can run, but logger and mysql, tomcat can not run
    Code:
    $ zmcontrol status
    Host hd-t3948cl.privatedns.com
            antispam Running
            antivirus Running
            ldap Running
            logger Stopped
                    logmysql.server is not running
                    zmlogswatchctl is not running
            mailbox Stopped
                    mysql.server is not running
                    tomcat is not running
            mta Running
            snmp Running
            spell Running

By executing ./mysql_install_db, the error information did not display "Fatal error: Can't open and lock privilege tables: Table 'mysql.host' doesn't exist
" in mysqld.log, and when I start mysql.server start, it did not display any error information, but zmcontrol status is still error:
    Host hd-t3948cl.privatedns.com
    antispam Running
    antivirus Running
    ldap Running
    logger Stopped
    logmysql.server is not running
    zmlogswatchctl is not running
    mailbox Stopped
    mysql.server is not running
    tomcat is not running
    mta Running
    snmp Running
    spell Running

If you're building from source, and the install doesn't run, you should probably read the install scripts from the binary version, especially zmsetup.pl

    ESPECIALLY ZMSETUP.PL
and make sure you replicate every command in there, unless you know that you don't need to. (And, if you don't know, then you should probably run the command...)

In fact, I used binary version install scripts (install.sh) to replace of my install scripts of tarball. Of course, I will compare the binary zmsetup.pl with the source zmsetup.pl. And I will also use binary version zmsetup.pl instead of source version zmsetup.pl.

Could any one help? I have the same problem. I built the tarball from Zimbra source code, but I have to replace logger.rpm and store.rpm with that from Zimbra binary release to have the server setup and run properly. Where in the source code (or somewhere eles) should I check? Is something wrong with any make file, configuration file, or sourc code?

Plz help!!! Thank you very much in advance!
