    Default Zimbra substring searches.

Hi all i am trying do a remote call on the zimbra search webservice. In order to do this i first tried to use the search function in the webportal and catch its output. While doing this i noticed the following

Say i am looking for John of Doe.

When you search using the following critiera

    in:"contacts" #firstname:*Jo* #lastname:*D*

It will return John of Doe just fine. But if you use

    in:"contacts" #firstname:*ohn* #lastname:*Doe*

It will not return any results, so how can search for any part of a string rather than just the first part?
