Default Building and Installing Zimbra on windows 7

    Hello,
I would like try building and installing zimbra desktop on my windows 7 box. My primary goal is to setup the email server and test sending, receiving emails using zimbra. The source code checkout instructions are not much help for checking out the code. I have installed P4 client and connected zimbra repository using credentials public/public1234. Can someone provide me instructions on how to checkout the code and setup zimbra desktop?

Thank you. I don't find a windows installer on the link you provided. The reason I'm trying to checkout the zimbra code and build is I want to install the server on my windows 7 box. I hope that is a possiblity, please confirm.

    You have to pardon me..

Zimbra - Products: Zimbra Desktop Downloads

    Regards.

Edit. There's no way you install ZCS in W7. I give you links to ZCS Server thinking you need or want a ZCS on your own.

This link doesn't have a windows installer for zimbra email server, hence it's of no use to me. It also doesn't have instructions to checkout and build the zimbra source on windows.

No, Zimbra it's not supported by any Windows... just Linux!

If you *REALLY* wanna run it on Windows, you might wanna give CoLinux a try:
It's a modified Linux kernel that runs as normal process on several OS'es, including Windows.

Of course, that's just an academic project, nothing near to productional use.
