Progress! Excellent! Some code tweaking to do now - but I am getting a session established on the NoOpRequest.

Thanks a million for your help.

We ran into this recently when working on the ZDrive/ZTasks apps with a proxied network edition multiserver running 8.0.5. Nginx was reading the auth token from the cookie, but for some reason, logged this error when extracting the route:

zmauth: auth-token(#2):EXTRACTED_AUTH_TOKEN" is invalid hex, client:, server:, request: "POST /service/soap/NoOpRequest HTTP/1.1", host: ""

The solution was to include the auth token as part of the query string instead, so the request becomes:

This works for both HTTP and HTTPS requests, and nginx managed to proxy the request to the correct backend server.
