    Default Toaster

I have read a number of posts on the Toaster app that you are developing and I have a couple of questions:

1: Any ideas on approximate release date?
2: Will it handle mailto: calls?
3: Will it develop into an offline version (local webservice with access to contacts, calendar and compose)?
4: Will it be cross platform compatible? java-based?

Thanks in advance. You are developing a fantastic product!

No clue. Ill ask around and see what the plan is and get back to you.

2: Will it handle mailto: calls?
It can (currently doesn't), but won't work until the front end can be opened with a particular msg or in compose view.

3: Will it develop into an offline version (local webservice with access to contacts, calendar and compose)?
    Probably not.

4: Will it be cross platform compatible? java-based?
The current toaster is a win32 executable.

I guess this could also pull the links to .ics files for shared calendars when it comes out.
