I'm evaluating Zimbra as our company groupware.

Since our company already have email and wiki , I am actually hoping to get a trouble ticket system.

I have evaluated a few standalone trouble ticket system such as otrs , helpmeict etc . And today while I am searching the open source groupware on the web, I was fatally attracted by the Zimbra demo.

Now I am thinking to whether if I can get an integrated trouble ticket system in Zimbra.

I have searched the forum but cannot find any related post .

Is anyone know whether Zimbra have (or is developing) a trouble ticket system ?
