Default DvViewer example - column headers are not scrolled

In the DataViewer example, if you move the Sash to the right far enough, you'll get a scrollbar at the bottom since the space remaining for the listview is too small to show all the data.

However, if you use this scrollbar, the data will be correctly scrolled, but the column headers won't move. Thus, the headers won't mean anything relevant.

Is this a bug or is there a way to make the whole thing move (headers + data) ?

    Thanks in advance

I also saw this problem. Maybe this can be solved with an onscroll event or a by putting the two seperates DIVS (header & body columns) in a parent DIV and let the parent DIV scroll.

Or maybe we must adopt the solution they use in the Zimbra client application. Don't let the columns get bigger then the listview by making an other column smaller when you make one column bigger.

This is a known bug and as Smied pointed out, we avoid this issue by not allowing columns widths to exceed the width of the window. Using the onscroll event to move the DIV containing the column headers is definitely the right fix.

In fact, ZmCalColView.js uses onscroll to keep the horizontal scrolling in week views in sync (see ZmCalColView.prototype._syncScroll if you're really curious).
