Default Vista x64: [Couldn't Start Yahoo! Zimbra

I installed Zimbra - put in my yahoo email details - at first couldn't connect to get emails. Then it seem to find it but the program crashed. Ever since this has happened I get

Couldn't Start Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop server, giving up. I have uninstalled several times, removed details from registry but same error each time. I am running vista x64. Any help would be great.

I am guessing there is no solution to this problem - or no help with it

we have not tested on any x64 platform and they are not officially supported.

If you run into this on 32bit windows, please check under <install>/log for errors in log files. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue with the OS X 10.5.4. Anyone know how to fix it?
