Thumbs down ZD to Exchange IMAP - SSL Connection Failure

    Happy Holidays, All!
    Could use some help.

I have an Exchange 2003 Server w/ IMAP set up properly as I can access it through various other email clients and smartphones including OWA. Thus, the firewall is also set up properly.

When trying to set up an Exchange IMAP account in ZD I get this error message:
"SSL connection failure. Please check host and port settings."

I am using an EssentialSSL 90-day free trial cert from InstantSSL.com. It is in our name, domain name and URL of our org.

I would appreciate any help you may offer at this time. I am about to perform a migration to ZCS in late January but need to get the staff going using ZD now with Exchange 2003 Server.

Thanks in advance and Happy Holidays!

As follows, output from zdesktop.log. I have removed the real domain and access info. I cannot reveal the "next 32 lines":
