Thread: Delta sync error.

    Default Delta sync error.


    One of our users has decided to try switching from Outlook to the Zimbra desktop for connection to Zimbra NE. We're using NE 5.0.4.

    The user can do an initial sync and all goes well. However when it comes to doing delta syncs an error occurs. I've switched on sync debugging, and here's the log (with personal details removed):

    The folder in question does exists - I looked it up on the server:

    # zmmailbox -z -m user gaf | grep 22545

    Have you got any ideas what the problem is? I'd really like to get as many people off Outlook as possible, so immediately hitting problems like this isn't a very good start.
