    Default Crash During Folder Move

While moving a folder around in my mailbox, Zimbra Desktop crashed. When I re-opened the application, I had a new folder called "FolderName{f9656ccd-dd92-41a9-996a-dc0f2329510c}". There was also a new group of Tags with the hierarchy of my folder tree. My messages have been lost and I am working on restoring my mailbox from a backup.

It was an odd occurrence and I thought someone should know...

I assume you are using a zimbra mailbox. What do you mean by a new group of Tags? Can you show us a screenshot?

Also can you describe how you were moving a folder?

Tags were added in the Folder Tree hierarchy, unfortunately, I already cleaned it up. I got our Systems Engineer to restore my Zimbra mailbox and everything is working fine.

I was moving folders by dragging and dropping them into the location I wanted. I've never seen it before and it hasn't happened since...

...and for what it's worth -- I used Outlook for years and Zimbra Desktop is SO much easier to use and more reliable.
