    Default [SOLVED] Unable to connect to server - Connection refused by localhost:7633

    Deleted Signature, emptied Trash and Junk. Still cannot connect. Get this when clicking on Send and Receive:

    method: SyncRequest
    msg: Cannot connect to server.
    code: EMPTY_RESPONSE

    Get this when going to Setup:

    Have you tried logging in from web client and delete the signature?

    User has no signature on the web client and a custom signature on the desktop client. The custom sig has a fancy script font used for the name to look like a real signature. Could be the issue. How can I remove the signature from the desktop without logging into the desktop? It must be stored somewhere in the zdesktop folder?

    Removal of custom signature solved the problem. Must have been the script font causing the issue. Thanks for your support.
